Our Caribbean Cruise (2011)--Day 12

Patty's birthday was today and also the 23rd anniversary of my mother's passing--in fact, she also died on a Thursday. Left Patty a nice birthday card on the stateroom table, sang her happy birthday (if you consider what I do to be "singing") as we awoke at 7:15 a.m.--no alarm today! After breakfast, shot some video and pics while Patty commenced her packing. We then hit Deck 12 for some walking, but only managed four laps before laziness overtook us. Sat around the stateroom in the afternoon, napped, watched TV. Packed everything I could. Gave our trip envelope with a sizable tip to Ronnie and thanked him for taking such good care of us.
Dinner at the Chops Grille was impressive but not quite the production it was five years ago. The cost has risen from $20 to $25 per person, but it is still well worth the expenditure. This was a very nice final evening on what will quite likely be our final cruise.
