1 Tb grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Crumble beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until no longer pink
3. Drain grease, then stir in spaghetti sauce and tomatoes
4. Spread one-third of the beef sauce onto bottom of a 11x7 in. baking dish
5. Arrange half the ravioli over sauce
6. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and half the Monterrey Jack over ravioli
7. Layer another third of the beef mixture
8. Layer the remaining ravioli
9. Layer the remaining cheese
10. Layer the remaining beef
11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
12. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving
